About Us
The Climbers Crush is Owen Sound's first bouldering gym. We opened in 2024 and have been growing our incredible community ever since. In our 6900sqft facility we have over 1500sqft of climbing surfaces, including a roped climbing wall (18ft), and 15ft bouldering.
Job Overview
Our Front Desk staff wears several hats as customer service representatives, risk management officers, instructors and more. We value outgoing, friendly, confident and capable people with varied backgrounds and skillsets. Reliability, attention to detail, follow-through, initiative and leadership by example are valued criteria for our staff.
Comfort working with children is a big win in this role. While most of our recurring customers are adults within the community, we frequently host birthday parties, school groups, or families coming to visit and climb for the first time. You must be comfortable enforcing safety rules.

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Staff must be in appropriate physical condition for demonstrating and participating in climbing activities.
- First Aid and CPR certification
