Are you looking for a hands-on role in a growing company where no two days are the same? EZ Rides is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Inventory Associate to join our team at our brand new 10,000 sq ft office and warehouse facility in Cambridge.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer interactions with behind-the-scenes inventory management.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and through email
- Provide product knowledge and help customers with orders and inquiries
- Receive, organize, and manage incoming stock and outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
- Support warehouse operations, ensuring products are ready for delivery or pickup
- Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and move products as needed
- Organized and detail-oriented with basic computer skills
- Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
