We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive collision repairs including bodywork, frame straightening, and dent removal
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to restore vehicles to factory specifications
- Assess damage and develop repair plans in collaboration with the service team
- Conduct mechanical repairs as needed, including minor engine or suspension work
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with vehicle disassembly and reassembly during repair processes
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair status and timelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive collision repair, preferably within a dealership environment
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques
- Ability to perform automotive repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical capability to lift heavy parts and equipment as required
- Prior mechanic experience is advantageous but not mandatory if relevant skills are demonstrated
- Commitment to safety procedures and continuous learning in automotive repair techniques
Pay: $18.00-$36.00 per hour
