Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through rigorous inspection and analysis. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes, delivering high-quality products, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The QA/QC Inspector will utilize various measurement tools and data collection methods to verify product compliance with specifications and quality management protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers and gauges.
- Perform detailed analysis of products to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities in accordance with established quality standards.
- Collect and document inspection data accurately for traceability and reporting purposes.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, measurements, and test results for audit purposes.
- Assist in developing and updating quality management documentation, including inspection checklists and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process deficiencies or potential enhancements.

- Strong understanding of quality management principles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in quality control, quality inspection, and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
- Ability to perform detailed data collection and maintain meticulous records.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail with a focus on precision and accuracy in inspections.
- Familiarity with industry standards related to QA/QC processes is preferred.
