Camp Couchiching is looking for friendly and flexible people to work on our Food Services team as one of our Cooks/Food Service Support. Most work weeks are 35-40 hours/week for September & October. The July & August hours are mostly 40-44 hours/week. We also pay 4% vacation pay on each pay.
The work includes some cooking, special diets, inventory, cleaning, dishes and serving.
We are located in Longford Mills off of Rama Road (north of the Casino, south of Geneva Park). This area is north east of Orillia and south of Washago/Gravenhurst. The map provided does not show our accurate location no matter how hard we try to correct it. People have to drive to/from the Camp for each shift. These roles, posted here, do not have accommodation provided.
Experience is desired ! We will pay for training for Food Service/Safe Food Handling courses.
This position requires people to be on their feet, be able to lift and bend and the work environment can be hot and steamy at times.
This role has at least one meal provided on each shift as well as complimentary beverages and snacks.
