AAA Clinics(Academic Anti-Aging Clinics)/CBAM(Canadian Board of aesthetic Medicine)
AAA Clinics/ CBAM are seeking a skilled, safety-focused, and patient-centered Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical aesthetics team. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical judgment with an artistic eye and a passion for delivering natural, high-quality outcomes.
This position involves Anti Aging consultations, treatment planning, and performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures in a professional, supportive, and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our medical and administrative teams to ensure exceptional patient experience and results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations including medical history and aesthetic assessment
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and safety standards
- Perform injectable and non-invasive procedures (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation treatments)
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment education and manage follow-up care
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation within EMR systems
- Ensure infection control, consent, and clinical protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and front-desk staff to support smooth clinic flow
- Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous professional development
- Support patient retention through ethical recommendations and long-term care planning
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in BC
- Liability insurance in good standing
- Formal training in aesthetic injectables required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine preferred
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and patient safety
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, client-focused environment
Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)
- Experience with laser or energy-based devices
- Existing patient following
- Interest in regenerative or advanced aesthetic treatments
- CBAM( Canadian Board of Aesthetic medicine)graduated
