Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Patient Experience Coordinator & Digital Media Coordinator to join our healthcare team on a full-time or part-time basis. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes using electronic medical records systems such as Epic and Dentrix
- Maintain accurate patient records, update information, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
- Support the dental or medical office team with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and appointment reminders
- Coordinate digital media content creation, including managing social media platforms to promote practice events and community engagement
- Assist with patient education materials and digital campaigns to enhance patient experience and practice visibility
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred, including familiarity with front desk duties and office administration
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems such as Epic or Dentrix is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems and managing administrative tasks efficiently
- Basic proficiency in digital media platforms and content management is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and community members
- Prior administrative or office experience demonstrating professionalism and reliability is preferred

Pay: $48,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
