SCOPE
KERN BSG Management is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our fast-growing team.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including receiving and organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They should be comfortable handling physical tasks such as lifting, moving materials, and standing for extended periods.
Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping/receiving processes, and basic computer skills is considered an asset.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Operate forklift and reach truck to load, unload and move materials/ equipment throughout the warehouse.
- Complies with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
- Deliver supplies, tools and equipment to job sites as instructed by the Warehouse Manager
- Coordinate with foremen for materials drop off or pick up.
- Use the warehouse management system for inventory tracking, stock updates, and storage.
- Participate in routine inventory counts and audits.
- Cleans warehouse for the purpose of maintaining a safe and sanitary work area.
- Driving a truck to and from site to drop off material/equipment .

WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands
The Warehouse Associate may spend long hours lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling, which can cause physical discomfort and strain. The incumbent will be lifting and adjusting heavy objects, and will come in contact with sharp, hot and/or very cold supplies and equipment. He/She must maintain safety procedures at all times to avoid injury. The Warehouse Driver may also come in contact with potential poisons and gases that could cause injury or illness. The ability to lift up to 50LBs is required.
Sensory Demands
Sensory demands include, exposure to the sounds associated with power tools and construction sites, and exposure to dust and other debris associated with the use of power tools and construction sites all of which can cause sensory strain including headaches.
Mental Demands
The Warehouse Associate will need to stay focused and concentrated while working.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
