We are looking for a reliable and experienced AZ Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience and be willing to cross the border from Sarnia, ON. This role involves agriculture product (reefer). Timely deliveries are essential, and adherence to all transportation regulations is required.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Must be willing to cross the Sarnia, ON border.
- Preferably a resident of Chatham, Tilbury, or Belle River, Ontario.
- Must have a minimum of three years of driving experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during operations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse personnel regarding delivery schedules and any issues.
**Experience and Qualifications:**
- Valid AZ commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive repair or maintenance is advantageous.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
We offer an excellent weekly payment that is negotiable.
Pay: $300.00-$450.00 per day
