We specialize in high protein smoothies, protein drinks, coffee, wraps, bowls, and healthy lifestyle products. We’re looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand awareness, social media presence, and customer engagement.
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative individual who enjoys social media, photography, videography, and community engagement. This role will be responsible for creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other marketing channels while helping develop promotions and partnerships to increase store traffic and online sales.
ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Create engaging photo and video content for social media
- Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Capture food, smoothie, coffee, and lifestyle content
- Create promotional graphics and marketing materials
- Assist with menu photography and seasonal campaigns
Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule social media posts
- Respond to comments and messages
- Monitor engagement and audience growth
- Stay current with social media trends
Marketing & Promotions
- Develop local marketing initiatives
- Help promote special events and workshops
- Coordinate influencer collaborations
- Support gym and community partnerships
- Assist with customer loyalty and referral programs
Website & Online Ordering
- Update website content as needed
- Assist with Shopify or online ordering systems
- Optimize online menus and product listings
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food, beverage, cafe, fitness, or wellness industries
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience running social media ads
- Graphic design experience
- Basic website management experience
Pay: $18.25 per hour
