The Fickle Fig Farm Market is looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join our growing culinary team!
As a member of the kitchen team, you will work with our chef, carrying out an important role of prep and facilitating lunch orders with speed and style!
We are somewhat flexible for what shifts and days of the week we can offer. We are looking for someone with a minimum availability of three days each week, with open weekend availability.
Skills and experience required:
-No kitchen experience required, though other team work skills in a paid or unpaid organization is preferred.
-Positive personality with the ability to work well under pressure.
-Efficient work ethic.
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Be able to work independently.
-Be willing and eager to learn.
-Be a problem solver.
-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Successful candidates must complete a paid probationary period of three months.
