We are seeking experienced Electricians (Journeyman), and mid-to-senior level Apprentices (2nd year and up), to support the construction of Data Center projects.
About the Role:
The ideal candidates bring strong technical expertise, professionalism on the jobsite, and a commitment to delivering high-quality electrical installations. You will work closely with field leadership, apprentices, and project teams to support successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components according to codes and project specifications.
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, one-lines, and installation details.
- Lead and mentor apprentices while maintaining a productive and safe work environment.
- Perform layout, routing, and installation of conduit, cabling, devices, panels, grounding, and terminations.
- Conduct testing, verification, and quality checks on installed systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with foremen, supervisors, and other trades to resolve field issues.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, material requests, and documentation as required.
- Participate in jobsite safety meetings and uphold all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician certification (Red Seal or applicable regional equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of electrical code and best installation practices.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead or mentor apprentices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to meet physical requirements of the job (lifting, climbing, working at heights, etc.).
