Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified residential framer to join our team. As a member of our crew, you will play a crucial role in the construction of residential buildings, ensuring that our projects are built to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Perform framing work for residential construction projects, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Execute precise measurements and cuts for lumber and other framing materials.
- Install, align, and secure structural components such as beams and trusses.
- Ensure that all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Promote a culture of safety and adhere to all safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential framing.
- Ability to operate framing equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- PPE (steel toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses)
- Tool Belt (hammer, speed square, chalk line, tape measure)
- Your own means of transportation
Starting pay: 20-35hr based on experience. Overtime paid after 8 hrs.
