Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/ Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong clerical skills and excellent phone etiquette. Experience in a office setting is a plus.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Schedule appointments and manage the Sales calendar
- Prepare paperwork/documents for upcoming jobs
- Order Supplies
- Collect Payment on files
- Coordinate the repair of claims
- Accounts Payable Entry
- Call customers with crew arrivals times
- Duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Applications Preferred
- Prior experience in an office environment and Asset
- Strong clerical and data entry skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of office procedures is advantageous
