Responsibilities
- Being respectful to customers.
- Greeting and seating customers.
- Providing assistance with menu. (knowing the menu, dietary restrictions and e.t.c)
- Taking customer orders.
- Serving customers promptly and professionally.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns and/or requests.
- Taking payments.
- Contributing to a positive dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory as we are willing to train.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including evenings, Saturday & Sunday , and holidays as needed.
