Maddigan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring an experienced and driven Automotive Internet Finance Director to lead finance operations within our growing internet and digital retail department.
This is a high-income opportunity for a modern automotive finance professional who understands digital retailing, lender strategy, remote customers, and high-volume automotive deal flow.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates exceptionally well, and can structure, close, and fund deals efficiently while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage finance operations for internet and digital retail customers
- Structure prime, near-prime, and subprime automotive deals
- Work directly with lenders to maximize approvals and profitability
- Present finance and protection products professionally and ethically
- Coordinate stip collection, funding, and deal completion
- Maintain fast funding timelines and clean paperwork
- Work closely with internet sales and BDC teams
- Support remote and in-store transactions
- Ensure compliance with AMVIC and lender requirements
- Help improve finance and digital retail processes
Preferred Qualifications
- High-volume dealership experience
- Remote delivery or digital contracting experience
- Strong lender relationships
- CRM experience
- Leadership experience
Pay: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
