Position Summary
This opportunity is ideal for experienced maintenance professionals who have worked on high-speed production and packaging equipment within the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, GMP, packaging, or other regulated manufacturing industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing production and packaging equipment to maximize uptime and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will perform preventative and emergency maintenance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with production teams while following all health, safety, quality, and GMP standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Industrial Millwright (433A) Licence is required.
- Previous maintenance experience in a food, beverage, pharmaceutical, GMP, packaging, or other high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Experience maintaining high-speed production and packaging equipment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance skills.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a team player with a strong commitment to safety.
- Must be flexible and available to work all rotating 8-hour shifts
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
