Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group is an established Volvo / Mack Truck dealership group with 4 locations, Kamloops, Langley, Delta, and Chilliwack.
We are now accepting applications for a Parts Counterperson to be part of our Kamloops team in a full-time, permanent capacity. We are selectively looking for applicants with the right experience and work ethic to fit our company and join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with retail customer purchases and timely processing of parts orders.
- Provide service technicians with parts as required.
- Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays.
- Maintain the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards.
- Control showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
- Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership.
What we are looking for:
- Red Seal Parts Person desired, but will consider years of experience.
- Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented individuals who have the ability to perform successfully under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and superior customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills preferred.
