What You'll Do
As an essential part of our hospital, you'll help create a welcoming experience for both clients and patients by:
- Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Responding to email inquiries
- Assisting with patient handling and restraint for procedures
- Preparing exam rooms and cleaning up after appointments
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic
- Providing plenty of love, comfort, and cuddles to our furry patients!
What We're Looking For

- Passionate about delivering outstanding care to both clients and their pets
Experience or knowledge of common canine and feline diseases, vaccine protocols, pet nutrition, animal behaviour and training, and triaging are significant assets.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fergus, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Veterinary Assistant or ACA: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
