Overview
The Field Operations Manager is accountable for executing the successful installation of projects in the field, as well as handling all warranty and troubleshooting related requests, ensuring all activities meet established quality, safety, and project plan requirements. This role works in close collaboration with Account Managers to ensure alignment across all project phases and assumes responsibility for managing on-site warranty services and resolving field-related issues. The position also requires extensive cross-border travel to support project delivery and client needs. This is a customer- facing role that requires superior judgment to handle any and all circumstances.
Duties
- Lead and coordinate on-site installations and field execution activities.
- Support field-driven change management, including documenting and communicating scope or site condition changes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify quality, and proactively identify risks.
- Act as a primary field liaison between Account Managers, Project Managers, customers, sub-contractors, and site personnel.
- Align field execution with project plans and participate in planning activities, supporting a smooth transition from planning to installation phase.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness on all job sites.
- Lead and manage on-site warranty activities and post-installation support.
- Participate in project turnover meetings and post-project lessons learned reviews.
Requirements
- Experience in field operations, installation, or construction/project execution
- Experience handling project coordination, scheduling, and issue resolution in the field.
- Ability to meet travel and cross-border work requirements, including eligibility and documentation.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Valid driver’s license required for site visits and supervision duties.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
