Executive Inn at Whistler Village is seeking reliable, detail-oriented and service-focused Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team in the heart of Whistler Village.
Our Housekeeping team plays an essential role in the guest experience. Room Attendants are responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and suites are exceptionally clean, comfortable, well presented and ready to welcome our guests.
We are looking for people who take pride in their work, notice the details and understand that a beautifully prepared guest room is one of the most important parts of a memorable hotel stay.
Previous hotel housekeeping experience is an asset, but we are also happy to train motivated candidates who bring the right attitude, reliability and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites according to established hotel standards.
- Make beds and replace linens and towels as required.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and other guest-room spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop and complete other required cleaning duties.
- Replenish guest supplies, amenities and room inventory.
- Inspect completed rooms to ensure they are clean, properly presented and ready for our guests.
- Identify and promptly report maintenance concerns, room damage, lost property and safety issues.
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and interactions.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies, equipment, carts and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Follow established health, safety, cleaning and security procedures.
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Front Office and Maintenance to support room readiness and the overall guest experience.
- Assist with public-area cleanliness and other housekeeping duties as operationally required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Housekeeping leadership.
Qualifications

- Previous hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is an asset.

Physical Requirements
Housekeeping is an active and physically demanding position. Candidates must be able to safely perform the regular duties of the role, including:
- Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing and pulling.
- Performing repetitive physical tasks associated with cleaning and preparing guest rooms.
- Lifting and carrying items weighing up to approximately 30 lbs.
- Using stairs and ramps as required.
Compensation
Wage: $23.10–$27.18 per hour
Newly hired employees receive 85% of the posted wage rate ($23.10/hour) for the first six months of employment or until they complete 900 working hours, whichever comes first. After this period, employees receive the full posted rate of $27.18/hour.
