Dental Assistant / Dental Office Team Member
Level 1 or Level 2
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our dental team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive dental practice and takes pride in providing excellent patient care.
We welcome applicants with dental assisting experience, dental office experience, or a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role. Dental assisting certification and HARP certification are considered strong assets, but we are also open to training the right candidate who is a dedicated team player with a positive attitude.
Relocation bonus or joining bonus may be available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and set up
- Provide chairside assistance during procedures
- Take and process dental X-rays if qualified
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Support front desk duties when needed, including scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow
- Help keep the clinical environment clean, efficient, and well organized
- Use dental software systems; experience with Abledent is an asset
Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience or dental office experience is preferred
- HARP certification is an asset
- Familiarity with dental terminology and dental procedures is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork skills and a professional manner with patients and staff

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
