Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Artificial Turf Installer to assist with the preparation, installation, finishing, and cleanup of synthetic turf projects. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare job sites by clearing debris, removing existing grass or materials, and helping level the installation area.
· Assist with base preparation, including spreading, grading, and compacting gravel, sand, or other base materials.
· Measure, cut, position, seam, secure, and finish artificial turf according to project specifications.
· Load, unload, carry, and organize turf rolls, tools, equipment, and installation materials.
· Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and responsibly.
· Support final grooming, edging, cleanup, and quality checks to ensure a professional finished result.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.
· Communicate professionally with crew members, supervisors, and clients when required.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in artificial turf installation, landscaping, construction, hardscaping, or general labour is an asset.
· Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, kneeling, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn proper installation techniques.
· Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
· Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred.

Schedule and Work Conditions
This position involves outdoor, hands-on work and may require early starts, overtime, or occasional weekend shifts depending on project schedules and weather conditions.
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
