Overview
We are seeking motivated and experienced Line Cooks and Kitchen Leaders to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling procedures
- Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times
- Support other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Lead by example in adhering to restaurant policies and promoting a positive work environment
- Manage inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure uninterrupted service
- Assist with training new staff members on food preparation and safety protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred, especially in roles involving cooking or meal preparation
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards is highly desirable
- Experience with food industry equipment, such as ovens, grills, fryers, and prep stations, is beneficial
- Proven ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Prior leadership experience or supervisory roles in a kitchen setting are a plus but not required for entry-level positions
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including meal prep, cooking techniques, and food safety practices

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
