Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely deliveries
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify accuracy and clarify project requirements
- Monitor quality control standards throughout the construction process to meet specifications and industry standards
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 to track progress, update schedules, and manage documentation
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks
- Assist in budgeting processes by monitoring costs and identifying potential overruns early in the project lifecycle
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a construction environment with strong leadership capabilities
- Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for effective project execution
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards on construction sites
- Skilled in budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively
