Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our inbound sales team. In this role, you will connect with warm, qualified leads who have already expressed interest in TELUS Mobility, Mobile Klinik services. Your primary responsibility is to understand each customer's needs, recommend the best products and services, and confidently guide them through the sales process.
This is a fast-paced call center environment where success is driven by strong communication skills, relationship building, and a passion for helping customers find the right solution.
Responsibilities
- Contact warm, qualified leads who have requested information or expressed interest in TELUS Mobility, Mobile Klinik.
- Build rapport with customers over the phone and identify their communication, mobility, or home internet needs.
- Recommend products, plans, devices, and value-added services that best fit each customer's requirements.
- Explain features, pricing, promotions, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and process orders using CRM and sales systems.
- Follow up with customers as needed to answer questions and complete the sales process.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets, conversion rates, and quality standards.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and carrier offerings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, call center, telecommunications, or customer service is an asset.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day in a high-volume call center environment.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to build trust and close sales.
- Experience with CRM systems and computer-based sales tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to consistently meet sales and performance metrics.
- English required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
