Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our bustling dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of hospitality. Prior experience in restaurant management, food industry knowledge, and proficiency with POS systems are essential for success in this position. A background in supervising teams, food handling, and kitchen operations will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling team members
- Maintain high standards of food safety, food handling, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and food presentation to uphold quality standards
- Handle cash handling and operate POS systems such as Micros POS accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment
- Enforce compliance with safety policies, sanitation procedures, and company standards
- Lead by example in hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism to foster a positive work environment
- Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase restaurant visibility and customer engagement
Experience
- Proven restaurant management experience with a strong background in food service and hospitality
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Experience in food safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Background working in various food industry settings such as hotels, bars (Barista experience), or other hospitality environments is preferred
- Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities
- Prior experience in interviewing potential team members and managing restaurant workflows

Pay: From $37.00 per hour
