Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized behaviour plans.

Collect accurate behavioural and skill acquisition data.

Implement BCBA/RBA-designed treatment plans.

Collaborate with families and the clinical team.

Prepare concise session notes using AI-assisted documentation tools.

Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Education or related field.

Experience working with children with autism preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable transportation within Halton Region.

CPR/First Aid and Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain).
