The Work (Read This Carefully):
This is hands-on, physical, outdoor work. You'll be on ladders, working at heights, solving
problems on real job sites, and delivering a finished product you can actually be proud of. Our
best technicians enjoy staying active, learning new skills, and seeing the results of their effort at the end of each day.
If you like being outside, enjoy physical challenges, and take satisfaction in doing quality work, you'll feel right at home here. If you're looking for something easy, indoors, or low effort, this probably isn't the right fit, and that's okay.
What You Will Be Doing
You will work as part of a professional team completing residential and commercial service
routes including:
- Window cleaning & detailing
- House washing & soft washing
- Roof & gutter cleaning
- Gutter repairs & installations
- Pressure washing & exterior cleaning
- Deck & surface restoration
- Interlock & asphalt sealcoating
- Lawn aeration services
- Holiday light installation & removal
Additional responsibilities include:
- Working safely on ladders and at heights
- Operating professional-grade equipment
- Driving company vehicles
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining clean trucks, tools, and job sites
- Continuously learning and improving skills
Pay & Bonuses
$22.00 – $31.00 per hour
Includes:
- Competitive hourly pay
- Bonuses, tips, and commission opportunities
- Overtime pay available
- Paid training provided
- Bi-weekly pay schedule
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License (required)
- Comfortable working on ladders (24–32 ft) and roofs
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- English communication skills required
Working at Heights certification is an asset.
