Heartland Café & Restaurant is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-focused Server to join our team.
Located in a beautifully restored historic church in downtown Okotoks, Heartland offers elevated casual fine dining, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- Guide guests through food and beverage selections
- Accurately enter orders and process payments
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily features, wine, cocktails, and allergens
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience required
- Wine, cocktail, and fine dining knowledge is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
