What You’ll Do
You’ll take on a wide range of repair and rebuild tasks, helping property owners return to normal after damage. Typical work includes:
- Carpentry & Cabinetry: Build, repair, and install interior and exterior structural and finish components
- Drywall & Insulation: Install, tape, and finish drywall; install insulation to standards
- Painting: Apply finishes with care and precision
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients
- Safety: Always follow safe work practices
- Teamwork: Collaborate with others and maintain a clean, organized job site
What You Bring
- Proven experience in restoration, carpentry, or general repairs
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and construction techniques
- Ability to read scopes of work and follow direction
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and solid customer service skills
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean record
- Ability to pass a background check
