Job Title: Operations & Advancement Coordinator

Position Overview: The Operations & Advancement Coordinator is the engine behind the Restorative Action Program (RAP). This dynamic role bridges the gap between organizational administration and community impact. You will provide essential support to the Board of Directors, lead our annual fundraising campaigns and grant strategies. Key Responsibilities:
● Board & Operational Support: Facilitate board meetings, manage documentation, and provide essential administrative support to the President and senior leadership to ensure smooth organizational operations.
● Fundraising & Donor Stewardship: Lead the execution of annual fundraising plans, manage donor records, and spearhead grant research and writing to drive revenue and donor retention.
● "Wear to Care" Initiative: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of this signature campaign, including student art contest coordination, merchandise production, marketing, and logistics.
● Marketing & Communications: Develop and manage social media content, newsletters, and website updates to build brand awareness and support fundraising goals.
● Volunteer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, overseeing recruitment, orientation, engagement strategies, and recognition programs.
What You Bring:
● Experience: Proven background in non-profit administration, fundraising, or a related field, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain systems for donor management, meeting minutes, and operational logistics.
● Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing social media and donor relations.
● Community Mindset: A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for supporting youth mental health and restorative practices.
● Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Canva for design, managing website updates, and utilizing donor management software.
Work Location:
This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your daily schedule. However, because this role requires regular attendance at in-person weekly meetings, Board Meetings (typically the second Wednesday of the month, 3:00-7:00 PM) and occasional community and donor engagement events, candidates must be located in Saskatoon, SK.
