The largest homebuilder in Central Alberta is looking to fill the following permanent full- time position:
Homeowner Service Technician
As a Homeowner Service Technician, you will work with our Homeowners to orient them to their new home. You are also a key problem solver as you will troubleshoot and perform warranty work. Paperwork is also a key component of this position since you will be completing checklists and documenting service work.
To be successful in this position, we recommend you have:

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience in all aspects of new home construction
- Journeyman Carpenter would be an asset
A valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract is a requirement for this position since you will be operating a fleet vehicle as part of this role. The successful applicant will be required to submit a current driver’s abstract.
