Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing window cleaning team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with local homeowners and business owners to provide quotes and secure new service contracts. If you love working outdoors, meeting new people, and controlling your own earning potential, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face outreach (canvassing) in residential neighborhoods and commercial districts.
- Inspect properties to accurately estimate and price window cleaning, frame and sill cleaning, and pressure washing services.
- Present professional quotes to potential clients and follow up to close the sale.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required (we will train the right person!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-discipline and a positive, resilient attitude.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a strong asset/added advantage (but not strictly required)
