Job Summary
Fast Fix Appliance Solution Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Inventory Coordinator to support our growing appliance repair business.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of technician payments, tracking inventory, monitoring cash collections, managing unused parts returns, and ensuring operational records are accurate and up to date.
The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with numbers, and able to identify discrepancies in records.
Duties
- Track and reconcile cash, debit, credit card, and e-transfer payments collected by technicians.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor technician payment submissions and follow up on discrepancies.
- Track appliance parts inventory and maintain inventory records.
- Receive, organize, and process unused parts returned by technicians.
- Coordinate returns of unused parts to suppliers and warehouses.
- Verify invoices, receipts, gas slips, and technician paperwork.
- Maintain spreadsheets and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with general administrative and office duties.
- Generate reports for management using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure accountability and accurate record-keeping across all operational activities.
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (required).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to identify errors and discrepancies in financial and inventory records.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Comfortable driving to suppliers, warehouses, and technician locations when required.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
