We are looking for an experienced CNC & Edgebander Operator who takes pride in precision, quality, and efficiency. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and producing exceptional work, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
- Set up and operate edgebanding equipment
- Read shop drawings, cut lists, and production documents
- Verify material dimensions and finished quality
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance
- Work closely with programmers and shop leadership to meet production schedules
- Identify quality concerns before materials move to the next stage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC equipment in an architectural millwork or cabinet manufacturing environment
- Experience operating industrial edgebanders
- Ability to read shop drawings and production documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with Microvellum-generated programs is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, dependable, and safety conscious
