Job Summary
TradeBridge Talent Group Inc. is a licensed BC recruitment and staffing agency. We are building our candidate roster of experienced Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Project Coordinators for upcoming construction opportunities across British Columbia.

Duties
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and construction milestones
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teamsReviewing drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentationPreparing and managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reportsManaging procurement activities and material deliveriesCommunicating with clients, consultants, owners, and site teamsSupporting project planning, execution, and project closeout activitiesMonitoring project risks, costs, and overall project performance
- Experience
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Construction Manager
- Experience in commercial, residential, civil, hospitality, tenant improvement, industrial, or renovation projectsStrong understanding of construction processes, project delivery methods, and contract administrationExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, or similar construction software is an assetExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferredLegal authorization to work in Canada
Compensation:
Compensation will vary depending on role, experience, project location, and client requirements.
