Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing executive stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, governance, risk management, and organizational change experience within complex business environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead complex enterprise projects from planning through execution.

Develop project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and status reports.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project priorities.

Support executive stakeholders with governance, reporting, and decision-making.

Manage project risks, issues, budgets, resources, and timelines.

Prepare executive presentations and project updates.

Drive organizational readiness and support change initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 7 years of project management experience leading enterprise initiatives.

Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification.

Experience with Planview, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
