Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The Sr. M&A Consultant/CFO is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial operations, both domestically and internationally, including intercompany costs and transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with the CEO and executive team to support growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
- Lead all core finance functions, including FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, KPI reporting, and board-ready financial presentations.
- Oversee SaaS metrics and reporting, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, gross margin, and customer profitability.
- Develop financial models to support pricing, investment decisions, fundraising, and strategic initiatives.
- Strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and scalable systems to support rapid growth.
- Lead ERP and financial systems optimization, automation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Support M&A, due diligence, financing activities, and investor relations as required.
Required Experience:
- CPA designation with strong experience in US GAAP/ASPE.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in senior financial management, ideally within a growth company.
- Proven track record in acquisitions, integrations, and day-to-day business management.
- Experience in technology services.
- Experience in recurring revenue, facility-based businesses, and recapitalization processes.
- Ability to produce complex consolidated financial statements for multi-currency, multi-branch organizations.
- Technical skills in financial reporting, analysis, and cash flow management.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to apply judgment to evaluate issues and data.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Team player with a strong desire to contribute to day-to-day operations.
Willingness to travel.
