Senior Marine Technician
Full-Time | Permanent
Compensation: $35 – $45 per hour (based on experience)
A well-established and growing marine dealership and service operation is seeking an experienced Senior Marine Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Preparation and commissioning of new boats
- Inspection and evaluation of trade-in vessels
- Service and warranty repair on new and pre-owned boats
- Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- On-water testing and performance verification
- Scheduled maintenance and seasonal servicing
- Winterization and spring commissioning
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and service documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years marine technician experience
- Strong experience with outboard and stern drive engines
- Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment
- Understanding of marine electrical systems and CAN BUS (asset)
- Mercury engine experience considered a strong asset
- Valid Driver’s License and Pleasure Craft Operator Card
- Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
