As our office continues to grow, we are seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our patients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and enjoys helping people. While previous dental experience is an asset, it is not required. We are happy to train the right individual who possesses strong customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Maintain and update patient records accurately
- Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure an efficient patient experience
- Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist patients with insurance-related questions and paperwork
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Dental office experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
