Experienced Concrete Finisher – Full Time (Red Deer & Central Alberta)
DCS Concrete is a family-owned and operated company (since 1996) looking for an experienced concrete finisher to join our crew. We specialize in residential flatwork including driveways, garage pads, patios, sidewalks, and decorative finishes.
We run a small, tight crew (6–8 guys in peak season) and take pride in doing clean, quality work.
What We Offer:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 7:30 AM start time (from shop in Red Deer)
- 8–12 hour days depending on workload
- Overtime paid after 8 hours
- Starting at $25/hr (based on experience)
- Steady work through the season
- Crew trucks provided to job sites across Central Alberta
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a concrete finisher
- Ability to form, place, and finish to a high standard
- Experience with broom finish, stamped, and exposed aggregate is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work long days
- Physically fit and able to handle demanding work
Responsibilities:
- Site prep and forming
- Placing and finishing concrete
- Working efficiently with a crew to complete jobs on schedule
- Maintaining quality workmanship on every project
