Job Title: Office Manager
Terms of employment: Full Time, Permanent
Wage: $67,500. 35 hours per week.
Benefit: Extended Health Care
Vacation Pay: 10 Days

Job Duty:
Overseeing general office operations, sorting mail, and answering and directing
guests and phone calls
Organizing meetings and managing databases
Booking transport and accommodation
Organizing company events and conferences
Ordering office stationery and kitchen supplies
Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
Preparing letters, presentations and reports
Processing invoices and managing office budgets
Provide administrative assistance to the executive team
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Organizing induction programs for new employees
Act as company Occupational Health and Safety Representative ensuring that
health and safety policies are up to date and communicated
Attending meetings with senior management
Managing joint employment perks with OpenRoad Auto Group
Managing relationship with Landlord
Take responsibility for the upkeep of the office and ensure all shared office
equipment is functioning properly (in connection with IT and AV consultants)
Assisting the organization’s HR arranging interviews and using BambooHR
Distribute project reports to partners and shareholders
Employment Requirement:
1-2 years of office manager related experience in an office environment
Bachelor Degree in related field.
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Pay: $67,500.00 per year
