Primary Responsibilities
- Providing high quality service to patient's to meet their administrative needs either on the phone or in person.
- Performing administrative duties which include but are not limited to greeting patients, registering patients for any type of appointment, booking appointments, responding to phone calls or phone messages, dealing appropriately with incoming faxes, scanning and attaching medical information into patient records, handling correspondence, and record keeping.
- Escorting patients to their exam room, prepping the exam rooms for specific types of appointments, taking patient vital measurements (height, weight, blood pressure readings) and performing basic diagnostic procedures (urine dips).
- Share knowledge with other employees of policies, procedures and standards to improve the quality of service the clinic provides to patients.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies.
- Participating in clinic programs that may involve the screening of patients as they register, documentation in the record, and providing the patient with hand-outs or other information.
- Other administrative tasks that support health providers to efficiently deliver care to patients.
Salary/Benefits
- $32,450 to $36,056 annually (30 hour work week)

Pay: $20.80-$23.11 per hour
