Award winning Pet Spa in Orleans is seeking a front desk agent. Duties include greeting clients, booking appointments via phone, email and in person, serving/ cashing out clients, cleaning, helping out groomers etc.
We are a busy shop and seeking a friendly,well mannered, reliable, team oriented individual who is motivated, takes initiative and most of all loves animals.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services and hospitality
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
