Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness and freshness.
- Organize spaces efficiently to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning preferences and address any specific requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.
- Assist with light cooking tasks as required, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere in all cleaned areas.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Time management abilities to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Familiarity with hospitality practices is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
