Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to join our team in. This role is vital in ensuring the safety of our clients' premises and assets while supporting our company's mission to provide top-tier security services in the community.
Position: Industrial Security Guard
The position is at an industrial contract located in the Strathroy area (postal code: N0M 2B0). This is a contract position with no specified end date.
Position Details:
- Wage: $18.00/hour, plus $25.00 mileage per shift
- Anticipated Start Date: The week of July 13
- Hours: Up to full-time hours may be available based on operational needs and your availability
- Shift Times:
- Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekends: 24-hour coverage (day and night shifts available)
Site Duties:
- Monitoring the site
- Conducting foot patrols
- Securing the property
- Completing reports
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Must have a valid CPR certificate from a WSIB-approved training provider.
- Must own a reliable vehicle that can be used on site as shelter during your shift. You will not be required to use your vehicle for patrols.
- Must be comfortable working independently, as this is a lone guard position.
