Duties

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide ongoing account management by upselling additional products or services, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong skills in negotiation, lead generation, and customer service to foster lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and develop strategic sales plans.
- Knowledge of Lighting is a plus; however, a passion for learning about new products is essential.
