Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Educate children in various subjects including language, math, science, and social skills through interactive activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Provide support for children with special education needs or working persons with disabilities, ensuring inclusivity in the classroom.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.
- Lead classroom activities that promote leadership skills and teamwork among students.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education IT or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Proficiency in computer operation for lesson planning and communication purposes.
- Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively in English.
