We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking professional to join our team as Shop Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is comfortable working alongside a team, keeping production organized, and ensuring company standards are consistently met.

Position Overview
The Shop Supervisor is responsible for helping oversee the day-to-day production and shop operations. Working closely with management, the Supervisor will coordinate employees, organize workflow, monitor production, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate will lead by example and be willing to work alongside the team to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Assign tasks and organize employee workflow
- Lead by example and maintain a positive, productive work environment
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Train and support employees in proper procedures and company standards
- Monitor product quality, accuracy, and handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow and reinforce company SOPs and food-handling procedures
- Operate and oversee production machinery
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Identify equipment issues and communicate repair needs to management
- Assist with receiving, inventory, and product organization
- Help identify operational problems and find practical solutions
- Communicate production updates, concerns, and staffing issues to management
- Ensure the shop is properly organized and prepared for the next production day
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous supervisory, leadership, production, warehouse, or similar experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good mathematical and measurement skills
- Proficient with basic computer systems
- Experience with Excel, Word, or Google Sheets is an asset
- Experience with warehouse management or POS systems is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with equipment or machinery is a strong asset
- Comfortable working around machinery and in refrigerated conditions
- Able to perform physical work and lift products as required
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Able to work independently while effectively leading a team

Work Environment
This is a hands-on food production environment involving machinery, physical work, and refrigerated conditions.
The Shop Supervisor is expected to actively participate in production while maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and productive workplace.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
